2.1 Cancellation by Mana Adventures Ltd
2.1a Safety: We have learnt to respect the regions lakes and local weather, and not to take unnecessary risks. Our policy is not to launch any Mana Adventure water products and or services if we consider that the wind and respective lake conditions are unsafe for those groups….
If however the forecast is for improving weather we will ask our clients if they can accept a delayed start, or reschedule onto another trip.
2.1b Minimum numbers per trip not met.
In both these situations we give a full refund
2.1c There are no refunds once the trip has commenced however if a guided trip starts and the weather deteriorates to the point where safety is compromised Mana Adventures will return the group by water transport to their respective exit point. In this case there is a partial refund based on a pro rata hourly refund for each hour not spent in the guided tour less the cost of the water transport.
2.2 Cancellation by Customer
Mana Adventures understands that travel plans vary due to illness, accident and people simply changing their minds. In turn, we ask our clients to understand that we may have turned away a number of keen people for those reserved places. We may also have committed expenses for food, staff and transport. We will have incurred expense in processing the enquiry and bookings.
In this situation all cancellations will incur a fee of 25% to bookings cancelled within 15 days prior to reservation date, 50% within 7 days and 100% within 3 days
